Registration Flyer (includes bare bones information about the Holiday Bazaar)
All girls (selling, shopping, and/or chaperoning) and adults entering the shopping area will need to register for the Holiday Bazaar. The cost this year is $5 for early bird registration by 11/28 and $6 thereafter. Registration includes a custom patch. Additional patches can be purchased for approximately $1.50.
Registration will be paperless this year with just an online form for your troop’s information. Payments will be via CheddarUp. There is a small fee for CheddarUp.
Selling troops need to be online registered to sell no later than 11/28. You can add additional girls later. Each selling troop will receive up to 4 free adults.
We are encouraging Shopping Only troops to register no later than 12/7. You can always add additional girls at the door the day of the event paying with cash. Please be aware that if you register after 12/1, your troop will be assigned to the last shopping slot. Depending on supplies, attendees registering at the door may not receive a patch.
Adults wanting to shop at 12:00 must also register for Holiday Bazaar at the link below.
ALL girls and adults registering after 11/28 will need to pay $6.
